Fossil continue to show Outstanding Customer Experience
Last week Fossil were celebrating with the 2013 winners of the Mystery Shopping Award for Outstanding Customer Service.
Last year Tern launched the Excellence awards, after seeing some exceptional Customer Service results with our clients and Fossil were keen to continue with the awards in 2013.
Fossil concessions in Boston, Northampton and Solihull were the top stores who received the Award this year and beat off competition from other stores across the country. Although the award is presented to concessions for ongoing excellence, the stores also hit the magic 100% a number of times in the last year proving they really do put their customers first.
Customer Service is key to most companies and no more so than to Fossil. The company invest heavily in ensuring their customers receive the very best service and work with us to make sure they stay close to what customers feel about how they are treated in store.
The undercover mystery shopper comments included “The staff member was professional throughout. I would recommend her and the store to others as a great example of customer service.”, “The customer service was spot on and could not of been better in a real purchase” and “The overall experience was good, I would definitely use this store again. Even when returning the item, the treatment I received was every part as good as when I was buying my gift.”
