Its National Customer Service Week
As part of our work with the Institute of Customer Service, we are getting involved in the National Customer Service Week which runs from 7th to 13th Oct 2013.
National Customer Service Week is a week long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy. Our customer insight services are key to many of our clients in terms of their customer service levels - our aim is to help our clients do better what they already do well.
