For our clients in this sector, we don’t just report on in-store service, we start at the beginning by looking at road signage and parking and then move through all customer touch points within the environment. From security and toilet facilities through to ambience and lighting. Using ‘softer’ questions, we can reveal and quantify the character of the environment.
