Tern launches new Awards for Excellent Customer Service
This week we are celebrating the launch of our new Mystery Shopping Award for Outstanding Customer Service.
After seeing some exceptional Customer Service results with our clients, we felt we needed to recognise high performing stores and therefore set up the Excellence Awards.
Bravissimo stores in Oxford, Aberdeen and Ealing were the first to receive this Award and beat off competition from other stores across the country. Although the award is presented to stores for ongoing excellence, the stores also hit the magic 100% a number of times in the last six visits proving they really do put their customers first.
Customer Service is key to most companies and no more so than to Bravissimo. The company invest heavily in ensuring their customers receive the very best service and work with us to make sure they stay close to what customers feel about how they are treated in store.
