She works closely with Regional Operations Managers, Customer Insights specialists and Area Managers to deliver meaningful feedback on the customer journey.
Kelly regularly presents findings via our state of the art mystery shop reporting platform both in person and via screen based webinar sessions, allowing your team to quickly respond to the key issues.
Kelly enjoys travelling around Europe in her motorhome with her husband and son. She describes her best moments at Tern as going to Boston to the Sassie summit and her “10th Tern birthday”.
