Since launching in 1989, Tern has developed a reputation as a leading mystery shopping firm, working with some of the nation’s best known brands to help improve their customer service. With a growing number of mystery shoppers and clients, a new website was needed to create a fresh and professional online presence that represents the company and the work it does today.
