Tern join the Institute of Customer Service
We are pleased to announce as at 1st October 2013, Tern are now a member of the Institute of Customer Service. The Institute is the independent, professional membership body for customer service. Their vision is a world where excellent customer service is seen to make a credible impact on the performance of organisations, customer service professionals are recognised and respected and service excellence is sought out by wider society.
Tern, working closely with our various clients, have always been committed to ensuring excellent customer service can be achieved in all environments and industries and it is this commitment that made us decide to join the ICS.
Gary Edwards, Director of Tern said ‘We are pleased to now be a member of the Institute of Customer Service. They take a lot of action towards improving Customer Service in the UK and we look forward to working with them closely over the coming months and in to 2014 – our 25th year’
